ABOUT US

MISSION AND IMPACT

We make it easier for executives and investors systematically seize and develop the people’s strengths in enterprises.

In this way, we indirectly contribute to making work in enterprises more enjoyable, fulfilling, vivid, and eventually more effective. People experience more joy, meaning, and energy at work, pulling together and contributing with their strengths, ultimately enjoying the fruits of mutual success – for the individual, the team, the organization, and the world we live in.

VALUES

We see the world characterized by evolutionary development and constant change.

To succeed in this environment, we follow five key values that guide us in determining our preferred behavior and interactions with others.

TRUST.
We have faith in ourselves and in other people! We are positive and see the ‘glass always half full’. We don’t hide our failures and accept them as learning opportunities. We focus on strengths rather than weaknesses.

RESPECT.
We respect people regardless of their rank and formal status! We are open to different views of ‘reality’ and embrace diversity. Respecting roots, history and traditions is important for us.

RESPONSIBILITY.
We are at cause – we are not victims! We deliver our commitments as well as plan and prepare for the future.

CARE.
We care for marevest, our employees, customers, and other stakeholders! Caring for people and the environment is our philosophy. We believe in asking ‘What can I contribute?’ versus ‘What can I get?’.

PROGRESS.
We strive for improvement, adaptation, and innovation! We question the status quo and face the facts. We are action-driven, open to learning and iteration. If the situation arises, we are also ready and willing to challenge the established norms.

A high degree of consciousness helps us to maintain and balance our values.
